Testing Food Allergies Using Muscle Testing
When I am testing food allergies I use a method called Muscle Testing, also referred to as Applied
Kinesiology. Testing food allergies can be done in person, in my Wixom Michigan office, or over the
telephone. Schedule a time to get food allergy advice.
When testing food allergies I have my client hold one vile at a time next to their skin and test the
strength of their arm muscle. It sounds strange to some people that testing food allergies can be
done in this way, but I have been doing it since 1987 and the results have helped hundreds of
people!
Testing Food Allergies
When I am testing food allergies I test different grains, vegetables, fruits, sweeteners, legumes,
meats, fish, and shellfish (approximately 120 food substances or ingredients).
Testing Food Allergies: Food Combining
In some special cases testing food allergies is not sufficient. In cases when my client is experiencing
GERD, hiatal hernia, and acid reflux it is also necessary to test different food combinations.
Some food combining suggestions for people with GERD, hiatal hernia, and acid reflux are:
eat fruit on an empty stomach (i.e. first thing in the morning, or two to three hours after a
meal)
avoid combining beef with a starch (carbohydrate) in one meal
avoid combining pork with a starch (carbohydrate) in one meal
avoid combining lamb with a starch (carbohydrate) in one meal
avoid combining chicken with a starch (carbohydrate) in one meal
avoid combining turkey with a starch (carbohydrate) in one meal
avoid combining fish with a starch (carbohydrate) in one meal
avoid combining any protein with a starch (carbohydrate) in one meal
Note: starch refers to carbohydrate items such as wheat, rye, oats, barley, rice, note potatoes.
To find out if you need to consider food combining, schedule an appointment for food allergy advice.
Other Methods for Testing Food Allergies

Food Allergies
The method I use for testing food allergies is muscle testing. Testing food allergies can be done in person ,in my Michigan
office, or over the telephone. The reason I like testing food allergies in this manner is that it is something that I can teach
people to do on their own, and I like to empower people. I usually do the testing for food allergies during the first
appointment and then teach my client how to test themselves on the second visit (if they want to learn).
