Food Sensitivity Testing Method: Medical Blood Test
This food sensitivity testing method is the most expensive and is often not 100% accurate. Errors in the test are mainly false nagatives (the failure to identify a
food reaction). At least it gives you a place to start. Eliminate all of the foods that the medical blood test indicates and then proceed with the elimination diet.
To obtain a medical blood test visit a doctor who is familiar with medical blood tests and their results, and who knows a reliable medical blood testing
laboratory.
Eliminate potentially reactive foods for 10 to 14 days.
Add ONE potentially reactive food to your diet.
If you REACT within 3 days
then stop eating that food.
If you DO NOT REACT within
3 days then keep that food
in your diet.
Eliminate all reactive foods
for 5 days and try again.
