Errors in the test are mainly false nagatives (the failure to identify a food reaction). At least it gives you a place to start. Eliminate all of the foods that the medical blood test indicates and then proceed with the elimination diet. To obtain a medical blood test visit a doctor who is familiar with medical blood tests and their results, and who knows a reliable medical blood testing laboratory. Eliminate potentially reactive foods for 10 to 14 days. Add ONE potentially reactive food to your diet. If you REACT within 3 days then stop eating that food. If you DO NOT REACT within 3 days then keep that food in your diet. Eliminate all reactive foods for 5 days and try again. Add ONE potentially reactive food to your diet. Read through the options and decide which one feels best to you: Option 1 - Avoid the following: wheat & wheat products milk & milk products corn & corn products refined white sugar artificial sweeteners & margarine Option 2 - Avoid the following: wheat & wheat products milk & milk products corn & corn products all sweeteners soy eggs peanuts margarine Option 3 - Avoid EVERYTHING EXCEPT the following: pears lamb steamed chard and kale rice yams (unless you eat any of these every day, in which case avoid them too)
