FOOD ALLERGY HELP from a food sensitivity expert Food Intolerances and Candida Overgrowth When you are consuming your food intolerances your body is not able to break down the food, leaving a sludge in your intestines. This sludge is the perfect environment for candida albicans to grow and reproduce. When you eliminate your food intolerances from your diet, your body will cleanse itself at its own rate, reducing the intestinal sludge, and reducing the amount of candida in your body. If you have a severe candida overgrowth then in addition to avoiding your food intolerances avoid, or reduce, the following foods and beverages that feed the candida albicans: alcohol vinegar sugar mushrooms peanuts fruit juices The bottom line?  Eliminate your food intolerances and drink water! Food Intolerances and the Immune System Your body has the ability to heal itself, when you do not get in the way. When you are eating your food intolerances, your body is using up its energy trying to get rid of the foods. When you eliminate your food intolerances from your diet, you are freeing up your body’s energy and it is able to stay healthy! Food Intolerances and Edema, Bloating, and Swelling Food intolerances can cause systemic edema in much the same way that hay fever allergies cause a runny nose and watery eyes. Your body cannot properly digest your food intolerances so food molecules enter your system undigested. Your immune system thinks that these undigested molecules of food are invaders and surrounds them with water in an attempt to wash them away. This is known as the body’s inflammatory response to food intolerances. As you consume more of your food intolerances, your cells become congested with water and results in tissue swelling. As you stop eating your food intolerances, the edema subsides as well as abdominal bloating. Imagine how much you can reduce your cholesterol levels as your inflammation reduces! When one of my clients stopped eating her food intolerances the swelling around her eyes reduced dramatically. Her friends were convinced that she had gone for an eye lift! My Experience with Food Intolerances  and Edema In 1987 I changed my diet to avoid all of my food intolerances. I immediately my system started to work well and my body craved the nutrients that it had not been able to absorb previously. I was SO hungry! I ate, and ate, and ate - all the while avoiding my food intolerances.  In two weeks I lost five pounds! Yes, my body lost its puffiness. No more bloating or inflammation. No more diarrhea, cold sores, canker sores, or headaches!
