indigestion
Some people experience indigestion as
a burning sensation in the stomach ans/or chest. Some people
experience it as a pressure in the chest. Other descriptors of these
symptoms are heartburn, acid reflux, hiatal hernia, and GERD.
This website focuses on how to reduce the
symptoms of disease, in this case indigestion, through diet.
For your indigestion eliminate the following foods:
wheat, milk, and refined white sugar.
In addition, avoid eating flesh foods (pork, beef, chicken, etc.) and
carbohydrates (breads, rice, potatoes, corn, etc.) at the same meal.
Examples of acceptable combinations would be chicken and salad, beef
stir-fry, or roasted potatoes with sautéed vegetables.
For information on some of these
foods that cause indigestion click here.
