high cholesterol
High cholesterol (elevated blood
cholesterol and triglyceride levels) lead to plaque-filled arteries which
impedes blood flow to the brain, kidneys, genitals, extremities, and heart.
This website focuses on how to reduce the
symptoms of disease, in this case high cholesterol, through diet. The
symptoms of high cholesterol are made worse by, and sometimes caused by,
food allergies.
To help your liver come back into balance
(and hence no longer produce excess cholesterol) you must eliminate certain
foods. Some of the most common foods to avoid when you have high
cholesterol are wheat, milk, refined white sugar, pork, and shellfish.
