REFINED
WHITE SUGAR SUBSTITUTE
Everyone has a refined sugar allergy. Refined
white sugar is processed in the body like a drug because of the chemicals
used in the refining process. Refined white sugar, including the chemicals,
goes directly into your blood system rather than being processed in the
digestive system. When people have
food
allergy testing done each person has a refined white sugar
allergy. Use sweeteners that are less refined.
Since you now know that you have a refined white sugar allergy you
might want some recipes. Go to Monica Levin's
books
for some great cookbooks that you can purchase and download.
When you eliminate refined white sugar from your diet remember that refined
sugar includes not only "sugar", as listed in ingredient listings, but also
the brown sugar that is sold in the baking aisle in the regular grocery
store. Other refined sweeteners to avoid are high fructose corn syrup,
glucose, fructose, and dextrose
