Allergy to Food Causes Diarrhea
When someone has diarrhea as a result to an allergy to food they usually guess that it has
something to do with the food that they are eating. This client had had diarrhea for years and had
been to medical doctors looking for solutions. The medical doctor’s solution was to prescribe a liquid
to drink ... she did not even know what it was called ... after a week she returned to the doctor and
informed him that the medication was not working. He suggested that she take double the dosage.
Fortunately, my client told the medical doctor that she thought it was caused by foods. The doctor
was not able to help her and she found me. I tested her for allergy to food and made my
recommendations. She was motivated and stuck to her diet. Within three days her allergy to food
symptoms disappeared!
Allergy to Food Causes High Cholesterol
Allergy to food causes inflammation in the body, including the arterial walls. The body lays
cholesterol on the arterial walls in an attempt to reduce the inflammation. Clients who avoid their
allergic foods end up needing less, or no, cholesterol medication!
Allergy to Food Causes Anxiety
This is what one of my clients reported when she noticed her allergy to food caused anxiety: “For
years I suffered from anxiety symptoms, taking various forms of medication. Since changing my diet
I have eliminated all prescription medicine (for the last four months) and, for the first time in my life, I
am free of anxiety problems, free of excruciatingly-painful hemorrhoid problems, have lost 17
pounds, and feel 30 years younger. It is truly amazing!”
Allergy to Food Causes Projectile Vomiting
Michelle came to see me with her five year old son who would vomit up his food at least once
a day - and we mean projectile vomiting. Doctors were baffled. I did the food sensitivity test on
him and suggested that she eliminate his allergic foods. Within three days the projectile
vomiting stopped and no one was more surprised than he was! During a meal he started to
gag and ran to the bathroom to vomit into the toilet only to find that he did not vomit!
Allergy to Food Causes ADD and ADHD
The woman who taught me how to test for food intolerances became a holistic nutritionist because
of her eldest son. He had ADD and ADHD to such an extent that the doctors told her that he would
never be able to graduate from high school or drive a car. She was determined to find a solution and
discovered through muscle testing that his allergy to food was wheat and corn. Wheat and corn are
the foods which affect brain functioning the most. What was the good news? By keeping him on his
diet he did graduate from high school and does drive a car.
Allergy to Food Causes Migraine Headaches
One of my clients was incapacitated four days out of seven with migraine headaches. Once I
determined what her allergic foods were she was migraine-free! The thing that I find interesting is
that her migraine trigger is the red grape! A raisin, red wine, red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, or a
red grape will set her off. You just never know what your trigger could be!
Allergy to Food Causes Asthma
I have had many clients whose allergy to food has caused asthma. By eliminating their allergic
foods from their diet their asthma was diminished or eliminated.
Allergy to Food Causes Eczema
One of my clients says “My six year old daughter has had eczema all over her entire body most of
her life. At times she has had it around her eyes, on her arms, legs, back, chest, and bottom. After
bathing her at nighttime I was applying three different creams, one for the eyes, one for the bottom,
and one for her body. My daughter had been to six pediatricians and one dermatologist and diet was
never mentioned to me. After seeing Monica we eliminated my daughter’s allergic foods from her
diet and her skin was completely clear within a few weeks. As long as she sticks to her diet, her skin
remains clear.”
Warning: untreated eczema (or suppressed eczema) can progress into asthma.
Allergy to Food Symptoms
If you have an allergy to food it can appear in many ways other than anaphalaxis. An allergy to food affects you physically,
mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Described below are experiences from a few of my clients. Their allergy to food
symptoms are listed and you will be amazed!
